Larcomar, Lima, Peru

Finished the day at a restaurant called Mangos in Larcomar situated right on the water. Larcomar was recommended by our Peruvian friends, it is basically a high end shopping mall with many restaurants.  Watched the sunset over the Pacific Ocean while enjoying some Mango Shrub drinks–pisco infused Mango juice with passion fruit and pimientos. Yum.

Side note: the prices were definitely worth the view but they were not the prices I expected in Peru.  We paid about $20 per night for our accommodations at Hotel de Espana which were basic but pretty good. However, the food in this high end area was on par with prices in the US.  I would not say we got any bargain on food/drinks. 

Also, non stop stomach ache since we arrived but I still REALLY loved the sunset.
