Back to Lisbon

I thought it would be ideal to take an early train back to Lisbon so we could sleep on the train and have almost a full day to see things.
Except that we were exhausted and no where was open at 7am for breakfast so we had to get on the train without having eaten or had any coffee.

Empty streets at 7am

I figured we could eat on the train. When we were on the way to Lagos the train was very nice and had a food car. But you should never assume! There was not a food car because I guess the train on Sunday is not as nice since it’s not as busy. So we were exhausted and starving on a four hour train ride.

We did not come back to life until we sat down at some tourist trap restaurant on the main strip and finally had coffee and coconut water and eggs and croquettes.
